  • Content Approval & Strategic Oversight

    All content produced through Shelley Marketing and its delivery partners is strategically planned to align with your business goals, target audience and marketing objectives.

    Clients have the option to review and approve content, designs and marketing materials before they are published. Approval timeframes will be agreed upon during onboarding to ensure content schedules remain on track.

    While clients retain final approval of content, Shelley Marketing provides strategic oversight across all marketing activity, ensuring recommendations, messaging and deliverables align with best-practice marketing principles and your agreed business objectives.

    Shelley Marketing works as an extension of your business, providing ongoing guidance, quality control and strategic direction to maximise the effectiveness of your marketing investment and deliver the best possible outcomes.

  • Monthly Subscription Services

    All Shelley Marketing services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and are billed in advance.

    As marketing strategy, content planning, campaign development and resource allocation are undertaken in advance, no refunds will be provided once payment has been received.

    Marketing activity is typically planned, scheduled and coordinated at least one month ahead. This includes strategic planning, content creation, campaign development, supplier coordination and resource allocation. As a result, subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether all services or allocated hours have been utilised during the billing period.

    Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellations

    Clients may upgrade, downgrade or cancel their subscription at any time by providing a minimum of four weeks' written notice.

    Any changes to service levels will take effect after the completion of the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    All fees remain payable during the notice period, and services will continue to be delivered as scheduled.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing approvals, feedback and required business information within agreed timeframes. Delays in providing these items do not entitle the client to a refund, credit or extension of services.

    By engaging Shelley Marketing, clients acknowledge that strategic planning, content development and marketing resources are allocated in advance and therefore subscription fees are non-refundable.
